Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Additional shipping restrictions may apply to certain locations.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Acres Down South is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Acres Down South is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Other circumstances beyond our control
